If you would like to use your email account from our company on iPhone, Android, or other mail applications, you can set this up using the “Other Account” type provided by these platforms. We do not provide support for this, as we provide our email exclusively using our web-based mail system. However, you can make this work on your own with a few easy steps.

For most email applications, a “wizard” or other setup procedure will ask you what type of mail server you wish to use. Our server uses the industry-standard IMAP protocol.

Protocol/Type: IMAP4

Port Number: 143 (unencrypted or StartTLS) or 993 (SSL/TLS)

Outgoing Mail Server

Special Notes

For iOS (iPhone/iPad) devices, it is recommended to use the SSL/TLS ports listed above.

User name and password are mandatory, not optional, for outgoing mail services. Some devices may not ask you to enter this information or may note it as being optional. If you do not enter this information, you will be able to receive but not send mail.
